If you have an authorized User Name and Password, and
know the name of your particular Discrete Client
Salon, (DCS)
simply click on that link to enter your DCS,
then simply enter your User Name
and Password in the password box.
If you do not have a personalized DCS you can check out the value and
convenience of being granted a DCS by clicking in the Sample

DCS is used to expedite property searches and virtual review of selections of
properties the we have located for the buyer based on the buyer's instructions and
defined search criteria. In the near future we also supply a feedback form for any
additionally information that the buyer may need to transmit to us while they are
previewing those selections.

Members of the e-PRO 500 consist of 450 real
estate professionals who preregistered for the e-PRO Certification course

WorkingWe use the DCS for two reasons. This method saves Disk Space on the viewers/recipients machine and because some e-mail programs are not capable of importing or downloading images that are transmitted by other e-mail programs. For example, if you have AOL 3.0 or higher installed on your system, you will not be able to read any files transmitted to you unless you first exercise a process of MIME conversion. Not a big deal for a seasoned user but a nightmare for a novice. When you hire Lori & "G-II" as your Exclusive Buyers Representatives, you will be issued a DCS and User Name and Password. Any time we have information for you in the form of files to transmit, we will publish that information to your DCS and simply e-mail you the URL. You simply click on your DCS cell and begin either property review, data retrieval, and in the very near future, we will be adding AcroBat PDF forms. This will enable the user, YOU, to download complete contract offers or other text data in full legible copy rather than having to find a fax machine to receive your documents at.
