Dear Bill and Linda,

We’re writing you today to let you know what a wonderful experience it has been or us to work with your associates, G-II Varrato and Lori Klindera. Not only are they outstanding people to know on a professional level, but also on a personal level.

After being led to Coldwell Banker Success through the USAA Mover’s Advantage Program, we were put into contact with G-II and Lori. We were very anxious to talk to someone as this was our first home purchase, and we had plenty of questions. We were very impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful G-II was. He always had complete, in-depth answers to put all our questions and worries to rest. Most of our correspondences were over email (we lived in Germany,) but it was definitely a wonderful way to communicate. He always got back to us promptly with answers, and we did not have tons of expensive telephone calls. And amidst our millions of first-time-homebuyer’s questions, he never made us feel like any question was out of his realm.

We also found G-II and Lori’s web site to be extremely helpful in our search for a new home. Through it we searched for homes on our own, as well as the homes that G-II would post to our site. Once we weeded through, G-II or Lori would visit the properties we were interested in, take photos, then post them to our site. They would include their description of the house and area and, in many instances, return for more pictures. For us it was the next best thing to being there. Once we found "the one" we were able to make an offer without even being there. Documents were uploaded, downloaded, signed, scanned, emailed… you name it. All over thousands of miles and quite successfully. Upon our visit to Phoenix and viewing the remaining handful of other competitors, we easily decided on the initial "one." After signing a few things, the remainder of our week was spent picking out painters, carpet, and pool and lawn care. It was all very relaxed. Without G-II’s thorough knowledge and use of the Internet, it would not have been possible.

We have many friends and acquaintances in the Air Force who may likely end up in Phoenix and be led to your agency through the USAA moving program. We are sure that with your company’s Internet capabilities and the informed knowledge of your associates, they too will be able to make successful home purchases. And of course, we always recommend G-II and Lori!
