To all prospective homeowners and brokers:

Greetings! I would like to take a few moments to express my sheer delight with the real estate services provided by "G-II" Varrato and Lori Klindera. They truly made our most recent purchase of a home in West Phoenix a most enjoyable experience.

Our situation was rather unusual in the fact that we needed to move from Tucson, Arizona to Phoenix and only had one weekend to find "our dream home" with me being on the East Coast for 6 weeks. After giving G-II our requirements, he was able to produce a list of more than a dozen homes for our review the next day. G-II had taken the time to review each of the homes and to make a comparison against our requirements. By the end of the day, we found the home of our dreams. But this was just the beginning of our journey.

G-II and Lori were there all the way through the negotiations of purchasing the home. Several occasions during my extended stay away from Phoenix, G-II provided many of the spot checks on punch out items that I normally would perform. He also was extremely easy to communicate with because of his use of email and efax. It is very rare that I find someone who is as adept at email and communication tools as I am, and I found G-II an equal. It was also very helpful that G-II and Lori posted pictures on their web pages of our home so I could share them with interested family members.

Most importantly, G-II was instrumental in "correcting" issues that were developed on behalf of our lender. I feel confident that G-II’s efforts not only closed a difficult negotiation with our lender, but he probably saved our home.
