It is hard to believe we closed on this house almost a year ago.  I was reminded when I received the request from Continental Homes regarding my year-end "to-do" list.
 
I wanted you to know that I am very happy with my purchase and to this very day would strongly recommend you two to anyone I know seeking to buy a home. You done good!
 
I don't know if you get over in this area very often but it seems to change daily.  In the past few months they have been busily building another 200 plus homes.  I stopped in one day to talk with Karl Ermisch and he briefed me on the current activity.  Of course, and I suppose it is good news to current owners,  they have raised the prices about 20K a copy. El Mirage road work will eventually have it four-laned but the progress comes with an occasional inconvenience. Just since I moved in they have completed the Albertsons complex at Dysart and Indian school and shortly will open the Bashas center at Dysart and Camelback. In general things are good. 
 
I have a brief request.  In order to satisfy my curiosity, you guys (Success) have just listed a property across the street (almost) from me.  It is the 2 story "Cunningham" model and I think was about 3000+ ft2.  I think it is a foreclosure since I saw Maricopa County Fiduciary vehicles coming and going as the family (with about 7 cars) moved out. I am curious what the list price is.
