I wanted to let you know how please my wife and I were with the outstanding service we received from George Varrato and Lori Klindera.  Given that the recent sale of our home in Mesa was the first time we have sold a house, we did not know what to expect.  Add to that the fact that we live in the Washington DC area and had to complete this transaction from 1800 miles away and you can imagine our level of uncertainty!  But through it all G-II and Lori were great.  They answered all of our questions promptly and were very clear in their explanations.  I want to note the extra level of effort G-II put into our transaction.  His attention to detail ensured that our interests were fully covered.  They really were our champion throughout the process, and I believe were instrumental to our getting full price for our home.

As good customer service becomes more and more difficult to find in society today, G-II and Lori are a breath of fresh air.  In fact, they went the extra mile for us.  After the sale was complete I had some questions concerning the HUD settlement statement.  G-II reviewed the documents and answered all my questions. If we decide to move back to the Valley of the Sun you can be sure we will be bringing our business to G-II and Lori.  These two have set the standard by which we will measure all realtors in the future.  I want to offer our thanks to Coldwell Banker Success for taking care of us.
