Many thanks for your immense help in finding us a house on such short notice and in such an adverse market. It was easy to see why my friends had recommended your service and I know I will certainly do the same to people I know moving to this area. Your service was like “One Stop Shopping”, not only finding us a house, but helping to arrange the financing, helping to set up our utilities when we moved in and even arranging contractors to help fix discrepancies discovered in the home inspection. Most of this was accomplished long distance as well as we prepared to leave our former home in Utah.
Lori, your patience with us as we spent three days in a car searching for a house that matched our needs was incredible, especially considering that our 7 month old daughter accompanied us the entire time. G-II, thanks for explaining the mountains of paperwork in plain English for us, and for your tenacity in ensuring that our air conditioner was fixed after we moved in, to including covering the service fee the specialist charged for his visit.
We appreciate all you both did to help make finding and purchasing a home as painless as possible. We hope you can find the time in your busy schedule to visit us in our new home when we have put our final personal touches on it. Take care,
